White button mushrooms

This is the « must-have » mushroom. It has the knack of subtly enhancing the flavor of dishes and goes with everything! Beyond its delicious taste, it offers significant nutritional value. While not high in calories, it contains a substantial amount of protein and few carbohydrates. Its low fat content is primarily composed of polyunsaturated fatty acids and Omega-3. It also contains a considerable amount of minerals (phosphorus, iron, copper, selenium, etc.) and vitamins (mainly C, B2, B5, and B9).

Instructions for use

1. Place in a humid and well-ventilated area at a temperature of approximately 15 to 18°C .
2. Cut the top surface of the substrate bale using a cutter. Lightly scarify the top of the substrate (+/- 1 cm).
3. Spread the white bag of potting soil on top and above all do not compact it .
4. When planting, use a sprayer or a watering can with a fine rose to moisten with approximately 1 liter of water.
5. Keep the surface consistently moist  using the watering can.
6. Harvest the mushrooms as you go and pull up the stumps to prevent rotting.
